I went from 220 at 65 years of age, to 165 at 71 years of age by adjusting my diet over those 6+ years. All I did was work out more and eat healthier food. Certainly hydration played a part too. My Doctors finally realized I am not diabetic, do not have high blood pressure, and neither do I have afib. I'd been telling Them that all along. I addressed each diagnosis with nutrition and exercise. Now I'm remaining consistent with activities I'd never stopped since High School. At soon to be 72, I'm training for the 100 and 200 meters events in The World Senior Games 70+ age Group. I expect to be ready by or near age 73. Hard work feels better all the time.
